RoseStreet Systems was founded in 1999 and boasts over 80 years of collective software development experience. The core development of the company is the GUEST MANAGER property management system (PMS). This system was conceived using the knowledge and experience previously gained in other key commercial areas, such as the wholesale, retail and airline operational sectors.

 The key objective of creating the GUEST MANAGER system has always been that of supplying a world class system that meets the requirements of any hospitality entity that requires a PMS. A system that is both simple to operate and to maintain; that is Windows based and therefore has wide acceptance to the general marketplace.

 The fact that RoseStreet has a client base of over 100 users, that now stretches throughout South Africa and into neighboring African countries, such as Mozambique, Angola, Swaziland, Lesotho and Zimbabwe is a true testament to the acceptance and widespread success of this offering. The GUEST MANAGER system is currently installed in hotels, lodges and guesthouses that have accommodation facilities from 5 to 200 rooms.

 The GUEST MANAGER system was developed in South Africa to meet the specific needs of the local market and therefore is not reliant upon any overseas involvement in terms of design and future development. This scenario clearly offers the local market a measure of confidence in that the product will always be supported locally and not be liable to foreign influences and exchange fluctuations.
